Eden Hazard message to the Fans

Eden Hazard message to the Fans

(Please note this blog post was for a class assignment while I was attending Full Sail University for my Fundamentals of Public Relations course project and not an actual post from Eden Hazard himself).

To the Fans of the NISA League,

American Soccer has been growing in the United States for decades. Even though I play professionally overseas in Spain, I follow the growth of the game in the United States. America has a lot of talent to be develop to be among the best league in the world but I believe with my knowledge of the game I can help make soccer the number one sport in America. With this vision, this is why I decided to invest into NISA.

I came to San Diego to become an investor for 1904 FC. I believe there is endless potential in not just San Diego but every city in the USA that wants to bring a soccer club. I believe we can help build community based clubs across the league and bring the fans the beautiful game to them. One way we can do this is to develop a social media app for the fans that can be inclusive with mobile ticketing, events at the stadium, or pay for food at concession stands. Giving fans a say in the club like our loyal supporter section is helpful for our clubs to vote on the board, community events, and having a voice in the direction of the club.

The goal for our league app going forward is to grow community bonds between our clubs and supporters. This will be very useful to grow our leagues fanbase, provide local sponsorship events at games, and bring more revenue to clubs with more fans at games. Following this will help keep our league stable and build momentum as we get closer towards 2026 World Cup. I believe that we can build infrastructure with NISA by focusing on the fans, sponsorship revenue, and help clubs attract local investors in the long term and continue to build our league so in the end we can bring soccer to every community in the United States.

Sincerely,

Eden Hazard
