NISA Nation Matchweek Recap

We are nearly halfway through the 2025 spring season in the Coast and Southwest Regions in NISA Nation, while the Tennessee Region is three weeks in with plenty of intriguing results. Dream FC, Sin City FC, and Capo FC are your current leaders in their respective regions. Worldwide Problems FC returns to action for the first time in a month. Meanwhile, Inland Empire FC is no longer listed on the NISA Nation website and has been replaced with Real Sociedad U-23. We’ve got plenty to cover today, so let’s get into the recaps.

NISA Nation – Coast & Southwest Regions Matchweek 7 Results

Sin City FC 5 SC Union Maricopa 1 (Friday May 9)

Sin City FC extends its undefeated run to five matches, beating SC Union Maricopa 5-1 last Friday at Canyon Springs High School Stadium. SC Union Maricopa struck first with a goal from Isaiah Benjamin in the first half. After that, it was all Sin City FC as they scored five unanswered goals. Ethan Kovach, equalizer, tied the match at one for Sin City FC just before halftime. In the second half, Esequiel Coronel, Roberto Soto, Sterling Penniston-John, and David Villanueva all got on the scoresheet for Sin City FC as they take the three points and are five points ahead of second-place FC Anahuac in the Southwest Region. Sin City FC will face FC Anahuac tonight at Desert Pines High School Stadium.

LA Force 2 12 Lobos FC 0 (Saturday May 10)

LA Force 2 crushed Lobos FC 12-0 last Saturday at Long Beach City College. Dante Brigida scored four goals, Oscar Delgado scored four goals, while Jose Montes de Oca, Alejandro Juarez, Bryan Ortega, and Nico White scored a goal. Lobos FC remains winless and has given up 30 goals in three matches. Lobos FC will face Capo FC at University High School Stadium, while LA Force 2 will renew their rivalry tomorrow against Temecula FC at Long Beach City College.

Capo FC 3 Temecula FC 2 (Saturday May 10)

Capo FC edged Temecula FC 3-2 last Saturday at Vista Hermosa Sports Park. Capo FC got two goals in the first half from Hevany Mota and Jonathan Estrada to take a 2-0 lead going into halftime. The Quails pulled one back in the second half with a goal from Elias Quintanar Macias to make it 2-1. However, Capo FC quickly strike back with a goal from Kian Aminloo to pull ahead 3-1. Temecula FC did make this match closer late in the second half with a goal from Alberto Renteria, but Capo FC held on for the win and took the three points. Capo FC remains atop the Coast Region while the Quails are still searching for its first win of the spring season. Capo FC will face Lobos FC, while Temecula FC will take on rivals LA Force 2 tomorrow night.

Be Pro FC 5 SC Union Maricopa 3 (Saturday May 10)

Be Pro FC finally got its first win of the 2025 spring season, beating SC Union Maricopa 5-3 last Saturday at Freedom Park. Martin Rivadavia’s goal gave Be Pro FC the early lead before Exploit Mambulu’s equalizer just before halftime for SC Union Maricopa to tie the match at one. In the second half, Dax Garrett put Be Pro FC ahead before Kyle Benjamin would get another equalizer for SC Union Maricopa to tie the match at two. Cesar Patricio, Javier Beltran, and the club each added one more goal to seal the win for Be Pro FC and move them out of the bottom of the Southwest Region table. Be Pro FC will be on the road to face Soccer Academy Nevada tonight at Canyon Springs High School Stadium. SC Union Maricopa will host Las Vegas United FC tonight at Arizona State University Soccer Field.

FC Anahuac 4 STG Premier Pro 3 (Saturday May 10)

FC Anahuac has won back-to-back matches, defeating STG Premier Pro 4-3 last Saturday at Desert Pines High School Stadium. Jorge Quintero scored the opener for STG Premier in the first half. Victor Moran would score the equalizer for FC Anahuac to tie the match at one. Just before halftime, STG Premier Pro would retake the lead with a goal from Denny Tahual to go up 2-1. Tahual would add another goal to give STG Premier Pro a 3-1 lead early in the second half. FC Anahuac would storm back with a goal from Julian Garcia, Esteban Escobedo, and Skylar Goo scoring to pull a comeback and escape with a 4-3 win over STG Premier Pro. FC Anahuac will take on Sin City FC tonight at home, while STG Premier Pro is off this weekend. STG Premier Pro will host Sin City FC next weekend in Utah.

Las Vegas United FC 0 Soccer Academy Nevada 0 (Saturday May 10)

Las Vegas United FC and Soccer Academy Nevada split the points in a scoreless draw last Saturday at Western High School Stadium. Both teams had chances in this one, but neither could find the back of the net. Both teams will be in action tonight. Las Vegas United FC will travel to Arizona to face SC Union Maricopa at Arizona State University Soccer Field. Soccer Academy Nevada will host Be Pro FC at Canyon Springs High School Stadium.

Music City SC 2 Paul Depay FC 7 (Sunday May 11)

Paul Depay FC bounced back with a massive 7-2 win on the road on Sunday against Music City SC at the Metro Soccer Complex. Nawn Thang and Elhadji Amar both scored twice for Paul Depay FC. Mohamed Ibrahim, Sebagabo Seti, and Benjamin Niyonzima also scored for Paul Depay FC. Suhrab Aslamzada scored both goals for Music City SC in this match. Music City SC will host Dream FC tonight at the Metro Soccer Complex, while Paul Depay FC is off this weekend.

FK Han 2 Dream FC 9 (Sunday May 11)

In another big win, Dream FC cruised to a 9-2 victory on the road against FK Han on Sunday at the Lovers Lane Complex. The goalscorers for FK Han weren’t uploaded onto the match center on the NISA Nation website. Noah Bjorkman scored five goals, Will Keeney scored twice, and Braxton Robinson and Gabe Vazquez added one to help Dream FC secure back-to-back wins and lead the Tennessee Region. Dream FC will face Music City SC tonight at the Metro Soccer Complex. FK Han will also be on the road tonight and take on Nashville Knights FC at the Metro Soccer Complex.
